Yes! Our rooms are not tight, dark crawlspaces. They are spacious environments equipped with state-of-the-art ventilation systems, so you will never feel suffocated.

It is super cool inside Game Over! In August, when it's boiling hot outside, our rooms are perfectly air-conditioned. We are the ideal place to spend an afternoon—once you step inside, you won't want to leave!

Yes, Casa Fantasma is genuinely scary! It is an incredibly immersive and high-tech horror scenario. While fear is subjective, we strongly advise against it for players with heart conditions or severe anxiety. If you prefer to avoid the thrills, you can choose our other pure adventure rooms—they are equally spectacular, high-tech, and breathtaking!

No, at Game Over we don't need live actors! We use cutting-edge technological and scenic systems that guarantee a 360-degree immersive experience. You will feel like you are inside a Hollywood horror movie thanks to our special effects, without needing real people in the room.

We have a special rule for the faint of heart: if you enter Casa Fantasma and get so scared that you want to leave within the first 5 minutes of the game, you will receive a full refund. If you exit after the first 5 minutes, unfortunately, no refund can be issued.

No. Children under 7 must be accompanied inside the room by an adult. (And a quick reminder: children under 7 play for free!)

Certainly yes! From age 7 onwards, kids can play by themselves. Our scenarios are perfectly safe and child-proof. Furthermore, our Game Masters and staff are always ready to support, help, and guide them throughout the adventure. It will be a fantastic experience in total safety.

Yes, access to Casa Fantasma is forbidden for children under 14, unless they are accompanied inside the room by an adult or by players aged 14 and up, as the atmosphere is intense and younger children can be easily frightened.

You have exactly 60 minutes to solve all the puzzles. You must give it your all to win! But if things go wrong, don't worry: you can come back and replay the same room with a 50% discount on your second attempt!

No. For safety reasons, the maximum limit is strictly 8 people per room. If your group has 9 or more players, you will need to split up and book our Challenge Mode across multiple rooms.

Note for Challenge Mode: The price is calculated based on the actual number of players inside each individual room, not on the group total. If you are a group of 10 and split unevenly (e.g., 4 in one room, 6 in the other), the room of 4 will pay €22.50 each, and the room of 6 will pay €20.00. Split evenly (5 and 5) so everyone gets the minimum rate (€20.00)! Plus, in Challenge Mode, victory medals, crowning the winners, and a final photo with plenty of bragging rights await you!

Yes, but under two important conditions:
You must choose to pay at the venue (if you already paid online, we cannot adjust it).
The new number must not violate room capacity limits. For example, if you booked for 8 and 7 show up, no problem. But if you booked for 8 and 9 show up, you cannot all fit in the same room! You must notify us immediately to open a second room in Challenge Mode (subject to availability).

Certainly yes! You can celebrate any type of event with us. However, please note that we are an Escape Room, not a catering or restaurant venue. Due to operational reasons, it is not possible to bring food, drinks, or cut birthday cakes inside our premises. We are working on providing this in the future, but currently, we only offer the escape room game experience itself!

Absolutely yes! Costumes and dress-ups are more than welcome. At Game Over, feel free to wear your favorite costumes to make your game experience even more memorable and fun!

Challenge Mode is our most played experience! It is a real-time multiplayer game where you compete against the clock to solve puzzles and escape the room. It is the ultimate Game Over experience! If you have more than 8 players (up to a maximum of 24), you will split into teams across different rooms to compete simultaneously in a real race against the clock. Who will solve all the puzzles first? The competition gets real here: at the end of the game, we will officially crown the winners and the runners-up, complete with a final souvenir photo, medals to celebrate the victory, and plenty of bragging rights for the winning team!

Our rates are calculated strictly based on the actual number of participants inside each individual room (scenario). From 5 players onwards, our minimum rate of €20.00 per person unlocks. Here is the pricing breakdown per room:
2 people: €25.00 per person
3–4 people: €22.50 per person
5 to 8 people (per room): €20.00 per person (Our minimum rate)

For example: If you are a group of 10 players and split unevenly into one room of 6 and one room of 4, the players in the room of 6 will pay the minimum rate of €20.00 each, while the players in the room of 4 will pay €22.50 each. To get the €20.00 rate for everyone, you must ensure that your group splits evenly (e.g., 5 players in one room and 5 in the other).
Remember: the capacity limit for a two-scenario challenge is 16 players, and for a three-scenario challenge, it is 24 players in total. Plan your teams wisely to unlock the best rate!
