Of course you can leave! You are not legally or physically trapped inside (otherwise, it would be kidnapping!). You can exit at any time if you feel the need; your safety and comfort always come first.

Yes! Our rooms are not tight, dark crawlspaces. They are spacious environments equipped with state-of-the-art ventilation systems, so you will never feel suffocated.

It is super cool inside Game Over! In August, when it's boiling hot outside, our rooms are perfectly air-conditioned. We are the ideal place to spend an afternoon—once you step inside, you won't want to leave!

Yes, Casa Fantasma is genuinely scary! It is an incredibly immersive and high-tech horror scenario. While fear is subjective, we strongly advise against it for players with heart conditions or severe anxiety. If you prefer to avoid the thrills, you can choose our other pure adventure rooms—they are equally spectacular, high-tech, and breathtaking!

No, at Game Over we don't need live actors! We use cutting-edge technological and scenic systems that guarantee a 360-degree immersive experience. You will feel like you are inside a Hollywood horror movie thanks to our special effects, without needing real people in the room.

We have a special rule for the faint of heart: if you enter Casa Fantasma and get so scared that you want to leave within the first 5 minutes of the game, you will receive a full refund. If you exit after the first 5 minutes, unfortunately, no refund can be issued.

Children under 7 cannot play alone: they must be accompanied inside the room by an adult. (And a quick reminder: children under 7 play for free!)
From age 7 onwards, kids can play on their own and pay the full rate. Our scenarios are safe and child-proof, and our Game Masters and staff are always ready to support, help and guide them throughout the adventure. It will be a fantastic experience in total safety. The only exception is Casa Fantasma, which is off-limits to under-14s unless they are accompanied inside the room by an adult or by players aged 14 and up.

Prices are per person and depend on how many players are inside each room:
• 2 people: €25.00 per person
• 3–4 people: €22.50 per person
• 5–8 people: €20.00 per person (our minimum rate; maximum 8 people per room)

You have exactly 60 minutes to solve all the puzzles. You must give it your all to win! But if things go wrong, don't worry: you can come back and replay the same room with a 50% discount on your second attempt!

No. For safety reasons, the maximum is strictly 8 people per room. If you are 9 or more (up to 24), you will split across multiple scenarios in Challenge Mode: two scenarios for groups of up to 16, three scenarios for up to 24. Pricing is calculated per room, so split so that every room has at least 5 players and everyone pays the minimum rate of €20.00 (e.g. a group of 10: 5 + 5, not 6 + 4). Plus, Challenge Mode comes with medals, an official winner announcement and a final photo with plenty of bragging rights!

No. Bookings are made exclusively online through our website; we don't accept phone or paper bookings. The times shown on the website are updated in real time and are the only ones actually available, since slots that are already booked don't appear. If you run into real technical problems completing your booking, message us on WhatsApp: the Game Over Lecce team is available 24/7 and will gladly help.

No deposit is required. When booking, you can choose to pay online or at the venue on the day of your game. If your group size might change, paying at the venue is the better option, because we can then adjust the price on the spot.

No deposit is required. No penalty applies for cancellations received within 24 hours of booking. However, if close to the date you reduce your group by cancelling entire scenarios that have been reserved for a long time, we apply a percentage penalty on the value of the unused slot. The percentage depends on how much time passed between booking and cancellation. We do this because those slots could have gone to other customers who wanted to play, so if your plans change, let us know as early as possible.

Yes, but under two important conditions:
You must choose to pay at the venue (if you already paid online, we cannot adjust it).
The new number must not violate room capacity limits. For example, if you booked for 8 and 7 show up, no problem. But if you booked for 8 and 9 show up, you cannot all fit in the same room! You must notify us immediately to open a second room in Challenge Mode (subject to availability).

Certainly yes! You can celebrate birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties and any other event with us. Just keep in mind that we are an Escape Room, not a restaurant: for purely operational reasons, food, drinks and cake-cutting are not possible inside our premises. But we've got the after-party covered; see the question below.

We partner with some of the best venues nearby, all just a few seconds' walk away: Pizzeria Risto Pub Marien Platz, Pizzeria La Fontanina and Miscelarte Cafè. For afternoon sessions up to 7:00 PM, we recommend Miscelarte Cafè, less than a minute's walk from us. It's perfect for buffets and large tables, and you can cut your cake there in peace with excellent service.

Absolutely yes! Costumes and dress-ups are more than welcome. At Game Over, feel free to wear your favorite costumes to make your game experience even more memorable and fun!

Got a big group, a competitive streak and a burning desire to rub the win in your friends' faces? Challenge Mode is the ultimate Game Over experience! If you are more than 8 players (up to a maximum of 24), you split into teams across different scenarios and compete at the same time in a real race against the clock. Who will solve all the puzzles first? We take the competition seriously: at the end of the game we officially announce the winning and losing teams, with a final souvenir photo, medals for the podium and guaranteed bragging rights over the losers!

The price is calculated strictly on the number of players inside each individual room (scenario), not on your total group:

How you split your teams is up to you when booking. Example: a group of 10 split 6 + 4 pays €20.00 each in the room of 6 and €22.50 each in the room of 4; split 5 + 5, everyone pays €20.00. Maximum capacity: 16 players for a two-scenario challenge, 24 for a three-scenario challenge. Plan your teams wisely to unlock the best rate!

Make a separate booking on the website for each scenario you choose, within the same time block. Note: for operational reasons, the time slots of individual scenarios may be staggered by half an hour. Example: for an 8:00 PM challenge between Casa Fantasma and Atlantis, book Casa Fantasma at 8:00 PM and Atlantis at 7:30 PM. We take care of the rest, and you'll all start together at the time you originally chose!
